1. Sitework

• All installations to be completed in accordance with local regulations, standard

practices, and in conformance with the Massachusetts Building Code per

approved site plans.

• Water and sewer connections from street main into basement.

• 4” perforated PVC pipe interior foundation perimeter drain piped into a

perforated sump pit.

Utility Installation:


• The lot shall be graded to shed water away from the dwelling.

• ¾” crushed stone installed under porches, decks, and A/C condensers.

2. Concrete


• 10” poured concrete foundation walls cast in place on continuous strip footings
